Second, the main factors causing IKO bearing oil seal leakage:
Strict sealing of the oil seal is the main cause of oil leakage. When the shaft is worn to form a groove, even if the replacement of the new oil seal fails to seal, the contact pressure between the lip of the oil seal and the shaft is reduced, and the interference of the oil seal lip diameter and shaft diameter after installation is too small. Third, the oil seal is not strict and oil leakage measures

The outer seal of the oil seal is coated with a sealant, and the keyway portion of the shaft is wrapped with stiff paper to avoid scratching the lip of the seal, and the oil seal is rotated inward with a special tool. The hard seal cannot be used to prevent deformation of the seal. Or break the spring and fail; if there is a lip flange, spring off and oil seal skew must be removed and re-installed. It should be noted that when the shaft diameter is not worn and the spring force of the oil seal spring is sufficient, do not tighten the inner spring without authorization.
3. When oil seals applied to agricultural machinery generally have poor working conditions, large temperature difference in environment, lots of dust, and frequent machine vibrations, the mechanical conditions of the parts are constantly changing, and they must be inspected, maintained, and maintained.
4, if the shaft diameter and IKO bearing wear serious; oil seal rubber aging or spring failure, etc., should be promptly repaired and replaced the corresponding parts.
